An attractive challenge
SCE scholarship programme -
Entrepreneurship and innovative economics
Our scholarship programme aims to support gifted and dedicated students of Munich University of Applied Sciences. The aim is for students to gain an additional interdisciplinary qualification focusing on entrepreneurship within a short space of time by attending selected entrepreneurship events at SCE.
Scholarship students are personally introduced to entrepreneurs and company decision-makers at network events. Furthermore, they have the opportunity to establish contacts with innovative companies run by the people who founded them where they may also acquire practical experience. The operational focus of our programme lies within the field of industrial manufacturing and generative manufacturing procedures and is being offered this year by our programme partner EOS GmbH (Electro Optical Systems GmbH), which is based in Krailling near Munich. This medium-sized and founder-run company is the global market leader in the field of industrial laser sinter systems. As part of the programme scholarship students are given the opportunity to learn how an innovative manufacturing technology, EOS’s e-Manufacturing™ tool, works in practice. Students also develop and design new applications, gain insights into different departments within the company and establish personal contacts up to company management level. Scholarship students are generally given the opportunity to complete their industrial placement semester at EOS.
One of the prerequisites is that all scholarship students have a working knowledge of German. For further information please visit our German website at: www.sce-web.de/studienfoerderung.html
