Research activities at the SCE

Our fields of research focus on entrepreneurship and innovation management, with strategic innovation networks forming the core of our research activities. At SCE we aim to establish a far reaching high-quality research network by developing cooperations with selected international institutes of higher education. We currently offer the following research opportunities:

• Doctorate programme: Our full-time doctorate programme takes about three years. Our part-time programme takes about five years. A qualified SCE professor acts as supervisor in cooperation with one of our project partners. Registration, viva voce examination and graduation take place at our partner institute of higher education.
• Ph.D.: The Ph.D. programme at our partner institutes of higher education generally involves full-time study. Our partner institute provides a supervisor and completes all formalities; all their provisions must be adhered to.
• DBA: Our DBA programme in cooperation with Glamorgan University is targeted at professionals who wish to undertake a part-time doctorate whilst working and also to incorporate the results of their work.

Supervision of Bachelor and Master dissertations:

• We are happy to supervise exciting and topical dissertations from students of Munich University of Applied Sciences.
